David is Chartered Building Surveyor with over two decades of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles in recognised building consultancy firms in London, including his most recent position as Head of the Building Surveying and Projects Department.

Gareth Alexander is a Chartered Surveyor and a highly accomplished professional in the property industry with a broad range of expertise. He has successfully delivered services across the property spectrum, including development monitoring, contract administration of large-scale refurbishment and new build projects, due diligence, defect analysis, acquisition surveys, feasibility advice, and expert witness testimonies.

Ben is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with in excess of 15 years’ experience working in the construction industry.

His experience spans across a variety of sectors, but with a bias towards commercial where he has successful led multiple projects within the hotel, office, retail and industrial sectors. He also has a broad range of experience working on professional instructions, undertaking Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Defects Diagnosis, Dilapidations and Technical Due Diligence instructions for developers, occupiers and investors within London and throughout the UK.

Sean joined GDA as a Senior Building Surveyor in July 2024, bringing a decade of experience across consultancy and client-side roles. Formerly a Development Manager at a leading UK property developer, he oversaw commercial Cat B and residential refurbishment projects. Sean’s expertise spans residential, commercial, and leisure sectors, covering project management, contract administration, defects analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence. Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, he consistently delivers efficient, stakeholder-focused outcomes.

Lucy joined the company in August 2024 as a Business Administrator.

She has previous experience working in property investment and estate agents honing her administration and customer service skills. Developing strong relationships with clients and contractors comes naturally as she is passionate about people.

Along with her background in the Music industry as an Executive Assistant, she has valuable organisational and communication skills working in demanding environments.
